I visited Verona Nails Bar for the first time yesterday and loved it! I needed a pedicure badly and opted for the Hawaiian Tropic pedi. It was so relaxing and refreshing. The nice surprise were the frozen slices of oranges that were used during the massage. Mina was my nail tech who took her time to make sure my toes turned out great. She was very friendly and would even ask me if the temperature of things like the water, towels, etc. were too hot. That's the first time I've ever experienced that. I opted for a strawberry margarita for my beverage. It was fresh and delicious! Stella, the manager, was also very welcoming and friendly from the minute I stepped in the door till the minute I left. I highly recommend Verona Nails Bar and will be back soon for more pampering! ~ Tracy F

I am a transplant from New York and Verona was the first place I found to do my nails and I'm SOOO HAPPY I found this gem in San Antonio! The decor and vibe of the place is modern, inclusive, and super comfortable. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by staff members and I felt welcomed. They offered me a complimentary drink and I thought I died and came to heaven! I ordered the Island Breeze without expectations, but seriously - the drink tasted better than most restaurants and bars I've frequented. I had Steve as my technician and he was personable, meticulous, and patient while doing my full set. It has been a while since I've truly had a 5 star experience at a nail salon, and Verona did not disappoint. I highly recommend this salon as your forever salon! ~ Steffi J

Omg my words cant describe how happy I am with this set. I have gotten my nails done in so many places, many nail shops, nail salons, and it has never met my expectations. Erin has been the best he is attention to details he is patient kind very clean. My nails are perfect for my wedding, he was very gently with my natural nail clean my cuticle. When I go to nail shops, I tend to be disappointed and end up paying for something I didn't like, but I paid for it because it was the person's time button in this case every penny was well spent and I am planning to come back and forever sticking with Erin as my nail Tech/artist. He did my goes a well and he was so gentle and iI mean he is amazing at what he does. ~ Michelle R

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and made to feel so welcome. Bonnie did my nails, and Cin did my pedicure — both were so kind, gentle, and talented. They really listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. I felt relaxed and pampered the entire time — it honestly exceeded my expectations. Vivian helped me check out, and she was very professional and sweet. Everyone there looked so polished and carried themselves with such professionalism, which made the whole experience feel really elevated. From start to finish, it was a wonderful and refreshing surprise. The massage chair, the quality of the products, and the thoughtful discount at the end were all such nice touches. VERONA NAILS BAR: 10/10 For cleanliness 10/10 For service. This location offers manicures/pedicures/artificial nails/dips/waxing/brow shaping/repairs/ gel / French/ eyelash extension/facials/ eyebrow tinting/reflexology. They also have men's services and kids' services. I had the mani/pedi service. Massage chairs are in great working order and are comfortable. Water baths are sanitary with disposable inserts. Floors are spotless. Filing was even, shaping perfect, good pressure on the massage. This location has been open for 1 year, and it looks like it opened yesterday. The bar offers a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will be returning. ~ USACANUK R

We are from NC and went to Verona back in April. I forgot to leave my review but did not forget my experience! So much so, that we are going back to San Antonio this weekend and I WILL be coming by again! BEST pedicure of my life! Quality and attention are unheard of here in NC and this salon is unmatched in my book. The owner ( did not know she was at the time) was taking the time to spray down , antis and clean the chairs/salon. Everyone was is professional black attire, cocktails (yes I said cocktails!) were amazing! She was SO friendly! The color options blew my mind! So many choices!! They have individual tools for each customer and liners on the pedicure bowls as well, bringing cleanliness to a whole other level!!! My pedicure from Jimmy ( I believe that was his name) was out of this world! All is all this was not just a nail vest, it was awhile experience!! Luxury and elegance at its finest. Came in for my first time. Needed a pedicure and I’ve been very impressed!!!! The staff is very attentive. I was greeted and seated right away. Started off with Hot Green Tea, yum…. What a way to relax!!!!! Andy started my pedicure and let me say, it’s been the best massage and pampering I’ve had at a salon. Bonus: they’re open 7 days a week so you can get your mani/pedi anytime. Great for a girl like me who is in the medical field….. I highly recommend the lavender mint pedicure! GO NOW!! This was my first time coming to Verona nails and I love this place so much. The employees over here are so so so so SOOOO sweet and caring. I had a lady named Tu ( I think that’s how u spell it ) she was so sweet and nice and she helped me out with picking my nail color and gave me her recommendations !!! The prices over here are very reasonable. My acrylics were around $80 bc of the design and nail shape I did. Last nail salon I went to, the prices were too expensive for a basic design. I definitely recommend coming to this nail salon, you won’t regret it!!! (I got acrylics btw and it only took up to 45 minutes- to an hour) ~ ariyana J

I usually only get my nails done twice a year and do them myself the rest of the time to save money, but this salon was incredible and I'll be coming back often. The amount of care I received and the whole atmosphere here are well worth the money of a professional mani pedi. It's the nicest nail salon I've ever been to. I got the Express pedi and the Deluxe mani both with shellac. They have other amazing ones that I'll try next time. I can't even express how happy I am with the staff and facility. It was very clean and the staff was so friendly the whole time. I was there until (past) closing even and I didn't feel stressed (rare for me) because they were still making sure my nails were perfect and not rushing me out. They gave me a 40% discount also because of new management and leaving a google review. This is my first ever google review, that I can remember, and it was so great that I decided in my first 20 minutes there that I really had to write one. ~ Sarah G

M took great care in how he did my nails. It really showed that he cared about the quality of work that he was doing along with timeliness, and he listened to my concerns to make my vision happen, even though it was a very simple design. I don't know if I've been going to the wrong places this whole time but he showed me that it's not necessary to be rough when filing my nails to get good quality results. The staff was also very welcoming and accommodating if I wanted to get a drink. Very happy with how my nails came out, and will be returning! ~ Jennifer S

Absolutely amazing service! They were quick, efficient and very kind. My mom and I came in for some holiday colors and a new set for a wedding. Very informative and patient staff and receptionist. I have been to many different nail salons around san antonio and even a couple home based salons, and nothing compares to the service I experienced today. They have a great drinks and the salon it’s self is beautiful. (recommend the irish cream coffee!) I have not had this good of an experience in a long time and 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new nail home! ~ Lauren S

I came here back in 2019 with a friend and remember how fun it was to get drinks with the service. Came back 5 year later and still amazing. Great pedicure. Julie took her time and I didn’t feel like she was trying to get me in and out like a lot of places seem to do. My friends and I didn’t have appointments and just walked in and they got the 3 of us in right away at 1:30 on a Saturday. I got the lavender mint pedicure and it was amazing. The bartender who got us our drinks was great as well. He made sure we were take care of immediately and the whole time. Will definitely be back!! ~ Rachel A

I cannot recommend Vy enough. I have lived in San Antonio since 2019 and have had more bad experiences than I can count. I became tired looking for a a nail salon to call home. My friend recommended Vy and I came in for acrylic nails and a pedicure and left feeling rejuvenated and so beautiful and in love with my nails. Vy was so easy to vibe with and we had a good chat and shared some laughs. She was very receptive to what i wanted as well! My friend had Leo do her nails and pedicure and she was just as happy. When I first moved to San Antonio I struggled to find a nail salon. However, I’ve been coming to Verona Nail Salon for a while now and I’ve been so happy! Customer service is great. Everyone is so friendly from start to finish and the energy is so upbeat. They also offer complimentary drinks which is a nice touch! I always love my nail designs and my nails also last! My favorite person to visit is Joey. He ensures every nail is perfect and that I’m happy with the color. He also makes great recommendations on trendy designs. Definitely would recommend! ~ Jamie W

This is my second time at this place and what can I say? The guy at the entrance (I’m sorry I don’t know his name🥲) makes sure he greets you nicely and makes you feel welcome! I love him! Im very picky about my nails but both times they have left me like 🙈🙊 ask for Andy for a pedicure he is amazing!!!! He is nice and definitely know what he is doing! Best pedicure ever so relaxing and my toes looked so cute! this is my first time here and they were extremely patient and made me feel comfortable as soon as i walked through the door. Rio absolutely killed this set! he took his time and made sure throughout the process i was happy and comfortable with my nails. im truly a very indecisive person however , they continued to stay patient with me and did not make me feel rushed or judged at any point. i also had an amazing pedicure done by Andi. they shared amazing nail design ideas and has a very clean welcoming environment! truly great first time experience:)) ~ makayla r

Very aesthetic interior design and amazing service. I came in for a walk in pedi for the first time and had an amazing experience. Will definitely come back! They have a full bar with 2 complimentary drinks! The front desk receptionist was super attentive and got me my drink within minutes. Everything is new and clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and upscale. My nail tech Tammy did an amazing job on my pedi! Very delicate touch (did not knick my skin at all!! I had such a great experience at this nail salon! I came in for a manicure and pedicure, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Erin and Leah were absolutely amazing super nice, attentive, and completely on top of everything. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and paid such close attention to detail. Came here for the first time. I saw a post on IG. I was matched with the perfect crew. First up, my pedicure with YaYa was wonderful. Very detail oriented on my toes and she took her time on the leg massage. Go see YaYa for anything nails and waxing! She is seriously the sweetest and loves what she does. Next up, I received dip nails from Kevin. Very kind as well and gave my nails a good clean up and shape. Music is on point and the Vietnamese Coffee was yum. ~ Tania T

Wow! This place is incredible- I’ll definitely be coming back again. I walked in with no appointment and was attended to quickly. They have an excellent atmosphere and vast selection of services. Johny was my nail tech and was very personable. His attention to detail was great and although I usually go to another salon, will be back just for Johny and the experience! The very first time I came to this place, I was recommended by a different salon. Supposedly, that salon caught on fire and they were in the process of remodeling. So for the trouble they gave me cards to this place and I believe it had 10%. I forgot to take a picture like always 😂 but they did a WONDERFUL job the first time and I loved them. Second time coming back, I came at least 2 1/2 hours before close. I guess my toes took longer than usual and the person who did my nails(Jason) wanted to go home so bad that he rushed on my nails. In the beginning I didn’t say anything UNTIL my nails starting falling off. Called up there, keep in mind the front desk is ALWAYS a big help and very understanding so they did let me come back and get the nail that came off fixed. But, I wanted him to inspect the rest of my nails and somewhat start over so I didn’t have to come back. Had to come back the THIRD time when nails was coming off and Jason just re-did my whole set and was very patient with the whole situation. So, just for that I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!! ~ Jada B
